Quality Management System Engineer

 Develop, document, and maintain the QMS in compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO140001 or other relevant frameworks.  Implement quality procedures and policies that align with the company’s strategic objectives.  Coordinate QMS training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence.  Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits, reviews, and performance metrics.  Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas of non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.  Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and track the resolution of non-conformities.  Serve as the primary liaison during external audits and customer assessments.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all quality processes, procedures, and system changes.  Generate regular reports on QMS performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement measures.  Ensure all documentation meets both internal and external audit requirements.  Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of operations.  Provide technical support and guidance on quality-related issues and system enhancements.  Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and advance the QMS
