Implement quality procedures and policies that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Coordinate QMS training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits, reviews, and performance metrics. Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas of non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and track the resolution of non-conformities. Serve as the primary liaison during external audits and customer assessments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all quality processes, procedures, and system changes. Generate regular reports on QMS performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement measures. Ensure all documentation meets both internal and external audit requirements. Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of operations.
