  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

To support clubhouse operations by assisting in supervisory duties, maintaining audiovisual equipment, and ensuring smooth setup for events. This includes performing routine checks, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and managing AV inventory.

Job Responsibility

  • Periodic check on daily checklist
  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Transport, set up, and install media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors, projector and equipment racks.
  • Run tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
  • Perform inventory management on audiovisual equipment, wiring, and accessories.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in audiovisual (AV) setup, maintenance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of sound systems, projectors, video conferencing equipment, and AV troubleshooting.
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot AV issues efficiently.
  • Physically fit to transport and set up AV equipment as required.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.
