Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Student Recruitment -Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies to increase student enrollment. -Create promotional materials and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional). -Establish strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, government agencies, and industries for student sourcing. 2. Sales Management & Target Achievement -Achieve and exceed student recruitment targets based on set KPIs. -Conduct direct sales activities, including exhibition booths, roadshows, and counseling sessions with students and parents. -Ensure the required number of student enrollments to meet program capacity. 3. Digital Marketing & Social Media -Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO strategies. -Analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies based on market demand. 4. Industry Networking & Partnerships -Build relationships with TVET agencies, corporate companies, and government bodies to secure sponsorships, scholarships, and strategic collaborations. -Work with other educational institutions to expand student recruitment opportunities. 5. Market Research & Program Development -Conduct market research to identify industry trends and student demands. -Provide recommendations for new programs or course modifications based on market needs. 6. Event Coordination & Promotions -Organize education fairs, seminars, open days, and school briefings to promote programs. -Conduct engagement sessions with potential students and parents to provide information about available courses. 7. Team Development & Training -Train and guide the marketing and student recruitment team to improve performance and sales. -Develop sales scripts, communication techniques, and customer engagement approaches for the team.
