The Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Administrative Officer to support our administrative operations. The incumbent will be responsible for data entry, document management, and report verification to ensure smooth business processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform accurate data entry for various events into the backend system. • Update, verify, and generate reports to ensure data integrity. • Handle multiple incoming documents, including receiving, tracking, checking, and filing. • Assist in general administrative duties to support the retail teams' operations. • Ensure timely and organized record-keeping for easy retrieval. Requirements: • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
