HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or office support, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of HR systems or payroll software is an added advantage. Strong understanding of basic payroll concepts and labor regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
