Job Title: Nail Artist Job Level : Senior Department: Operations Department – Salon Rate: RM 5,000 to RM 7,000 + Guaranteed Commission Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Overall Job Objectives: The Senior Nail Artist is responsible for providing high-quality nail care and artistic services to clients while maintaining a professional, safe, and sanitary environment. This position requires exceptional nail artistry skills, a deep understanding of nail health and trends, and the ability to mentor junior nail technicians. The Senior Nail Artist ensures that clients receive personalized attention and leave with a satisfying experience. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Discuss nail treatments and services available • Remove nail polish, clean, trim and file nails • Reduce calluses and rough skin • Massage and moisturize hands and feet • Promote and sell Nail and Skincare products • Help in cleaning and disinfection of work area and tools • Can handle Front Reception and Administrative Duties • Offer creative and custom nail designs, including freehand nail art, nail painting, and intricate designs. • Mentor and guide junior nail technicians, sharing techniques, tips, and best practices. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: • At least 4-5 years and above related working experience • Passionate in Nail arts • Loves the craft of nails and looking for long-term role • Good communication skills • Can start immediately KEY DELIVERABLES: • Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through professional and personalized nail care services. • Achieve a high level of client satisfaction, measured by positive feedback and repeat bookings. • Ensure minimal wait times for clients, managing multiple appointments efficiently throughout the day.
