Operations Manager

Your duties as an Operations Manager shall include, but are not limited to, the following: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all park operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, including staff, labor, and external services. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the site. - Monitor and manage staff performance and development. - Oversee general maintenance tasks, including the cleaning of facilities and maintenance of grounds and landscaping, to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests. - Manage the maintenance of flower and plant displays throughout the site to ensure their aesthetic appeal. - Coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect the well-being of site visitors and employees. - Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations. - Carry out various errands or tasks as required by the company that may be assigned from time to time.
