  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Research & Development Manager to spearhead our innovation initiatives. As the R&D Manager, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, developing, and commercializing groundbreaking AGV and robotics solutions. Your expertise will contribute to Meraque Group’s mission of becoming a global leader in drone and robotics technologies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic R&D Leadership: - Develop and execute the R&D roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals. - Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market needs in the AGV and robotics domains. - Lead feasibility studies, prototype development, and product lifecycle planning. Innovation & Product Development: - Oversee the design, development, and testing of AGVs, robotics systems, and related technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. - Implement cost-effective and scalable solutions for product commercialization. Team Management: - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing R&D team of engineers, researchers, and developers. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Partnerships & Collaboration: - Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research bodies, and technology vendors. - Represent Meraque Group at industry conferences, expos, and events to showcase innovations. Budget & Resource Management: - Prepare and manage R&D budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Evaluate and procure tools, software, and technologies required for R&D activities. Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. - Maintain accurate documentation for designs, experiments, and processes. Qualifications and Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an added advantage. Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in R&D, with a strong focus on robotics or AGVs. - Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization. - Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS), simulation tools, and CAD software. - Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and sensor integration for robotics. - Familiarity with manufacturing processes and rapid prototyping techniques. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
