  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Telemarketing Specialist As a senior #telemarketing specialist, you’ll be serving the regional telemarketing requirements for one of the top ASEAN Google Partner, focusing on spreading awareness on digital transformations and specializing in three main areas – Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud Infrastructure. Your role is crucial in driving sales efforts by generating quality leads and setting appointments for their Sales Champions. Your roles include: - Conducting outbound call to a list of potential customers or leads. - Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long - term success. - Develop positive relationship with clients. - Sourcing leads from diverse channels including online and offline platforms, referrals, personal contacts, and affiliations to generate new business leads - Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner - Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with the team’s objective - Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and quarterly forecast) - Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth - Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase tailored product and solutions to these potential customers and obtain an appointment – having a general understanding of cloud and data technology is a plus point. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interaction in our CRM system Our requirements: - Malaysian citizens only with a Degree or Diploma holders from recognized university in any field. - At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing in any field - Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill - Proficiency in utilizing various business tools and software for lead generation and customer relationship management. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs What we’re offering: - Monthly Salary Package of up to MYR 3,900.00 - Statutory contributions such as EPF and SOCSO - Medical Claims and Performance allowances - Career growth opportunities based on performance and dedication - Easy access via public transport to your workplace
