The day-to-day activities: Internal Communication: Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams and publish on internal platforms in a timely manner. Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including newsletters, memo, and internal communications. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content. Project Coordination: Coordinate with subject matter experts and external/internal stakeholders to gather insights, knowledge, and data to ensure a consistent message across all platforms. Event Management: Assist in planning, organising, and managing company events such as townhall, offsites and more. Administrative support: Supports team members with content creation, tracking engagement, and administrative tasks. Administrative support: Update and monitor verticals’ contact lists to keep all stakeholders updated with the latest information. Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Enablement team. The must haves: 1+ years of experience with communications, public relations and event management. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Coordination and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
