We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or other systems. Verify and correct data discrepancies. Maintain accurate and current records. Assist in generating reports and summaries. Perform data backups to ensure data integrity. Respond to data-related inquiries. Answer incoming calls from hospitals and agents Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving issues quickly and accurately Collaborate with the Healthcare claims department to address inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer inquiries are fully addressed Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in data entry or similar roles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data management software. Excellent typing skills and ability to handle large data sets. Good communication and teamwork skills. Desired Skills: Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to identify errors. Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus.
