The Sales Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing, process and provide solution to customer, ensuring the smooth execution of services, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth. This role will require a combination of customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination to with customer, shipper, agents and our internal team. Job Description • Manage order entry and processing to ensure the smooth operation. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. • Track shipments and provide updates to customers. • Ensure that customer orders meet delivery deadlines, service quality, and regulatory standards. • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, escalating to management as needed. • Ensure that customers are kept informed about the status of their orders or shipments. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service issues. • Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement. • Assist in tracking KPIs to measure customer service success. • Work closely with other departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth customer experience.
