  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- Assure optimization of the maintenance organization structure. - Troubleshoot, inspection and identify root cause for trouble injection moulding machine and equipment to make sure they are in stable condition. - Conduct routine periodic or special inspection to determine repair and maintenance work to prevent machine or equipment breakdown. - Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives. - Forecasting of injection moulding maachine required spare parts. - Assessing the need for equipment replacement and establishes replacement programs when due. - Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment. - Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment. Initial identify issue and highlight to the management. - To perform roof investigation, plan measure and execute problem solving. - Respond to maintenance requisition form submitted by production department. - Ensure safety discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and follow 5S requirements. - Must have strong understanding of plastic injection moulding processes, hydrulics, pneumatics,electrical systems, and PLC control maintenance working experienc. - Trouble shoot equipment failures, implement preventative maintenance failures, impement preventative maintenance programs and contribute to continuour improvement initiativesto maximize production efficientcy and minimize downtime. - Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions. - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. - Document troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
