  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development • Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software • Set up multi-axis CNC machines for machining operations. • Select and install high-performance cutting tools, inserts, and holders for multi-axis operations. • Set up complex multi-axis CNC machines, including 5-axis mills and turn-mill centers. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols. • Program and execute multi-sided machining operations to produce complex geometries. • Operate multi-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components. • Monitor machine operation and adjust cutting parameters to ensure accuracy. • Ensure efficient cycle times by optimizing tool paths and cutting strategies. • Perform test runs and first-article inspections before full production. • Document and report any deviations or defects in manufactured components. • Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs. • Verify finished parts against technical drawings and tolerances. • Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues. • Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure compliance with ISO standards. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns. • Replace worn-out tooling, inserts, and cutting fluids as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized machining area. • Identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency and reduce production costs. • Suggest improvements to tool selection, work holding, and machining strategies. • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tooling changes, and production runs. Required Skills: The required skills for the position MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT are as follow: • Min 5 years’ experience in MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING • Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software • Ability to edit and optimize CNC programs manually for multi-axis machining. • Experience with multi-axis post processors for different CNC machine brands. • CNC Controller Expertise • Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols for high-precision parts. • Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines.
