MAINTENANCE OFFICER (MECHANICAL)

i. To maintain the safety and security of the residents by implementing and monitoring security, fire prevention and other safety system in order. ii. To monitor the service fee budgets and implement credit control. iii. To maintain close communication with committee members, residents, local authorities and government agencies. iv. To supervise and dealing with service providers to ensure performance is up to satisfactory level. v. To resolve complaints, problems, and requests from residents within a reasonable deadline. vi. To organize committee meeting, general meetings, townhall, residents’ meetings and others as required. vii. To prepare minutes and monthly management reports viii. To act on other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
