General Worker

1. Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment 2. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances 3. Adhering to safety procedures and wearing required protective gear. 4. Follow safety policies administration etc are enforced and compliance 5. cleaning and maintenance, loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled workers. 6. To assist ensure the working tools are well maintained and kept in a systematic and clean manner 7. To provide necessary assisting skilled workers and generally supporting day-to-day operations. 8. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations 9. Capability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. 10. Report any defects must immediately report to the supervisor or manager, if found during duty hours and off duty hours. 11. Often requiring physical ability and flexibility to work on different tasks as assigned by their by superior & HOD 12. To assist maintenance the service vehicle up to cleanliness standard and in good condition 13 Running errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or delivering documents. 14. To assist ensure the status of vehicles are properly updated 15. To assist any other duties as requested by the immediate superior & Head of Department. 16. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair methods in accordance with equipment manufacturers’ recommended procedures. 17. Responsibility for environment safety and health to ensure a safe working environment for all employee, whilst complying with local legal requirements. 18. Keeping track of supplies and equipment levels, reporting shortages. 19. Operating basic machinery and equipment depending on the work environment. 20. Understanding how to operate basic tools , machinery and equipment.
