We are looking for a highly self-motivated and skilled Visual Merchandiser who can work independently across multiple fashion brands, bringing creativity and strategic vision to each store environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the brand presence, boost sales, and create a memorable customer experience. Job Description: Visual Merchandising Execution - Create and install visually stunning window displays and in-store setups that reflect seasonal trends, promotional themes, and brand identity. - Ensure product placement aligns with customer shopping behaviour and enhances product visibility. - Ensure displays are compelling, consistent, and tailored to seasonal themes, trends, and promotional activities. Store Layout & Display Management - Plan and organise store layouts, ensuring they reflect both brand identity and customer preferences, creating an engaging and seamless shopping experience. - Work closely with the retail team to refresh displays and ensure consistency with brand standards. Trend Analysis & Creativity - Stay up to date with the latest fashion and retail trends, integrating relevant elements into visual displays and layouts. - Incorporate innovative ideas and technologies to make the in-store experience more immersive and memorable. Team Collaboration - Partner with the store team and the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and sales targets. - Provide guidelines and training to store staff for maintaining visual standards. Performance Analysis - Monitor the impact of visual merchandising strategies through sales data and customer feedback. - Adjust displays and layouts based on store performance and product sell-through rates. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain records of visual merchandising layouts, displays, and any changes made to each store environment. - Report regularly to management with updates on the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and any necessary improvements. Requirement: - Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in visual merchandising within the fashion retail industry. - Good interpersonal skill, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good command of both written and spoken English. - Capable of managing multiple projects across various store locations. - Strong eye for fashion, colour coordination, and aesthetics. - Knowledge of merchandising software and design tools is a plus. - Passionate in fashion.
