- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and credit reports to assess the credit worthiness of potential and existing clients.
- Utilize risk assessment tools and techniques to evaluate the likelihood of default and potential credit risks associated with new and existing clients.
- Evaluate loan applications, credit lines, and other financial products to determine their viability and potential risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients to collect financial information, provide guidance on credit-related matters, and discuss credit terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with established credit policies and procedures, and recommend changes or updates when necessary to mitigate risk and improve credit decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed credit analysis reports, including financial statements, credit scoring, risk assessment summaries for management review and able to do forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to assess potential impacts on credit decisions and portfolio management.
- Monitor and manage the credit risk exposure of the organisations portfolio, identifying potential issues and opportunities for risk mitigation and portfolio optimization.
