Job Description 1. Production & Filming – Bring the Vision to Life Lead the brand's monthly ad shoots, ensuring flawless camera work, lighting, and composition. Film and photograph product ads, brand visuals, and lifestyle content that elevate the brand's image. Capture high-quality product photography for e-commerce and marketing needs, including stop-motion-style ads. Take initiative in improving production workflows and bringing fresh creative ideas to every shoot. Ensure seamless operation of Sony A7III cameras, lenses, DJI gimbals, and other video equipment. 2. Editing & Post-Production – Craft Every Detail Edit raw footage into polished ads and social media content, ensuring high-quality storytelling and engagement. Perform colour correction and grading using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Add motion graphics and animation when needed, using After Effects or similar tools. Ensure smooth product retouching and compositing for high-end photography. Deliver work that doesn’t just meet the standard—but sets a new one. Studio Setup & Team Leadership – Build & Elevate the Team Set up and manage the brand's in-house photo and video studio (551 sqft space). Train junior staff to assist in production and video editing, helping them grow into top-tier creators. Be a reliable leader—someone the team can count on for guidance and support. Experiment with new production techniques, stop-motion, and dynamic content ideas to keep the brand's visuals fresh and engaging. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and execution is seamless. Job Requirements At least 3 years of experience in professional videography, photography, and editing. Expertise in production techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera movement. Strong post-production skills, with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Proficient in colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics. Comfortable leading a team, training junior production assistants, and running shoots. Ability to set up and maintain an in-house photo/video studio. Prior experience in e-commerce, DTC ads, or product photography is a huge plus. Comfortable using Sony A7III cameras, its lenses, and DJI gimbal. Prior experience with stop-motion graphics or product animation is a plus. Ability to edit high-end product photography, including retouching and compositing. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production, product photography, and ads.
