Provide support in the assessments and collation of requirements of IT projects, budgeting and resources. 2. Perform analysis and report on the findings of the impacted systems and dependencies and collaborate Group Technology (GT) teams to implement the IT projects. 3. Assist in the review the IT service requests (ITSR) of all projects/ initiatives by assessing nature of ITSR and Project Initiation Form (PIF) submitted by BE stakeholders and coordinate and consolidate the High Level Solutions (HLS) and High Level Estimates (HLE) for prioritisation. 4. Coordinate review process on project deliverables and obtain the necessary sign off (SoW with vendor, where applicable, TDD, DLD, AAD & Unit Test cases). 5. Track, monitor and prepare reports of the status of IT initiatives, projects, incidents and follow-up action items or issues to support the team’s periodic IT service meetings with BE stakeholders. 6. Carry out end-to-end project delivery starting from project scoping and planning, financial and resource management, risk management, quality control, project execution, deployment and handover to post-deployment stabilisation and BAU mode. 7. Plan and propose resource and budget requirements according to project prioritisation, scope, timeline and dependencies and escalate any constraints for the necessary support. 8. Work in cross-functional collaboration with other pillars within the unit and GT to manage the impact, interfaces and inter-dependencies of different projects and deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, quality and budget. 9. Provide support to relevant teams in IT incidents/issues resolutions and Level 2/3 support to Application Support team for production systems in BAU, when required. 10. Prepare, oversee and perform various systems tests including system integration test (SIT), regression test and user acceptance test (UAT) throughout SDLC within project plan timeline with relevant stakeholders. 11. Work with vendors for alignment, performance monitoring and coordination of the delivery of project deliverables and technical related activities. 12. Track closely the procurement, delivery and setup of new infrastructure and configuration of existing environment e.g. data center, network, backup. 13. Prepare accurate and timely project status and operational reports and information as required by management, business stakeholders, auditors, regulators, etc. 14. Actively participate in contributing to the improvement of operations, processes and policy for the unit and GT. 15. Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the established project and delivery management methodology, processes and standards and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, auditors, CIMB Group’s Enterprise Architecture and IT governance and standards, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning framework. 16. Ensure compliance to IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures. 17. Risk control and management.
