Billing Analyst

JOB DETAILS Position: Billing Analyst Company Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Service) Working Location: Menara Tan & Tan, Jln Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur Working hours: Monday – Friday, 0900 - 1800 Working duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience and qualification) Benefits: Health insurance Maternity leave Parental leave Professional development The Billing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy of billing information, and resolving any discrepancies or issues with billing statements. They will also track and analyze billing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: -Monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data while maintaining SAP job data. -Efficiently prepare and accurately input customer invoices into the system. -Verify information, maintain records, and assist in preparing detailed reports. -Build strong internal relationships, provide coaching, and facilitate training and cross-training for team members. -Mentor new and experienced billers while managing day-to-day operations. -Prepare accounting statements and billing reports, while handling other projects and tasks as needed.. QUALIFICATIONS: -A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. -Have accounting background. 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance is a plus. -Show intermediate knowledge of accounting principles. -Demonstrate professional oral and written communications. Show good computer skills with proficient in use of ---Microsoft Excel and/or SAP experience.
