  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC FITTER MACHINIST EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • Set up and operate CNC milling and grinding machines. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software. • Adjust machine settings and parameters for precision machining. • Fit and assemble mechanical components as per design specifications. • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for fitting work. • Ensure proper alignment, clearance, and tolerances in assemblies. • Perform first-off and in-process inspections using micrometers, verniers, CMMs, and other measuring tools. • Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain product accuracy. • Conduct final checks to ensure conformance with quality standards. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns. • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or programming issues. • Replace worn-out tools, parts, and cutting inserts as required. • Follow workplace safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE). • Adhere to company policies, including ISO standards or other quality management systems. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Document setup sheets, tool lists, and production reports for future reference. • Collaborate with engineers and production teams for process enhancements. Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC FITTER MACHINIST EXPERT are as follow: • Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in CNC machine and troubleshooting is necessary. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification. • Must have knowledge in GD&T.
