Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: o Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (doctors, hospital staff, pharmacists, etc.). o Promote and sell medical products to healthcare providers, ensuring they understand product features and benefits. o Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. 2. Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: o Maintain deep knowledge of the products being sold, including features, benefits, and potential side effects (for pharmaceuticals). o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare providers, answering questions and addressing concerns. o Provide technical support and training for medical staff on how to use products properly. 3. Market Research & Reporting: o Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify market opportunities. o Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and product performance to management. o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. 4. Customer Service & Support: o Provide ongoing support to healthcare providers, addressing product inquiries, providing product samples, and resolving issues as they arise. o Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients. 5. Compliance & Ethics: o Adhere to all company policies, medical regulations, and legal standards. o Ensure all sales activities comply with medical industry ethics and regulations. 6. Collaboration with Team: o Work with marketing and social media teams to align on sales goals and strategies. o Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required. Skills & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biotech, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing or Science related field. • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and building relationships. • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of medical products, treatments, and equipment. • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities at once. • Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated region for meetings, product demos, and client visits.
