The multifaceted duties include administrative support, office management, project coordination, communication liaison, event planning, and assistance with special projects and research. RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: -Team management: Assisting in managing CEO office team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing and arranging appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling incoming and outgoing communications such as answering calls, drafting email and memo, and maintain documentation standard. -Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. This may involve interacting with high-level individuals and representing the CEO in various settings. Budgeting: Assisting Executive Assistant to reconcile and prepare complex expenses reports of CEO office. -Task & Project Management: Facilitate and conduct project research for the CEO, gathering data, and preparing reports or presentations as requested by the CEO. This may involve tracking progress, coordinating resources, and reporting on project status. -Miscellaneous Tasks: Assisting with any other tasks or assignments that contribute to the smooth functioning of the CEO office and overall organizational goals. -Complete any ad-hoc tasks given. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional -Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Secretarial or relevant. -Minimum 2 year of experience in related field. -Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be added advantage. -Communication & listening skills, Business etiquette, Detail oriented, Organising skills -Self-driven, Ability to interact with employees across different departments on a daily basis. -Ability to work as a team & work independently. -Proficient in Microsoft office application. -Excellent management skills, organizing, problem solver and presentable. -Monday to Friday -Flexible working hours
