About The Role: This role focuses on creating and managing social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok across multiple markets. You’ll help with storyboarding, photography, video shooting, and editing, as well as engaging with audiences and tracking performance. The role also includes supporting influencer collaborations and brainstorming fresh content ideas. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation Assist in planning, storyboarding, and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to support Photobook’s marketing goals across multiple markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, the US, and other regions. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop ideas for engaging social media content, including videos, photos, and interactive posts. Help adapt content for different audiences while ensuring brand consistency. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and best practices, suggesting fresh ideas. Assist in writing captions, headlines, and CTAs to increase engagement. Photography & Video Shooting + Editing Assist in storyboarding and planning shoots for social media and marketing campaigns. Capture photos and short videos using a DSLR for social media, blog content, and marketing materials. Assist in lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes shoots as needed. Perform basic photo and video editing using tools like Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro. Ensure all content is formatted correctly for different platforms. KOL & Influencer Support Research and assist in identifying potential influencers/KOLs for collaborations. Help develop content briefs and storyboards to guide influencers on brand messaging. Track influencer content and assist in compiling it for reporting and repurposing. Performance Tracking & Content Optimisation Assist in monitoring social media post performance, tracking engagement, reach, and audience trends. Help collect and organise data for content performance reports. Support in testing different content formats, styles, and posting times to improve performance. Community Engagement & Brand Storytelling Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers. Help brainstorm interactive content like polls, challenges, and user-generated content. Requirements Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or photography are encouraged to apply. Comfortable with storyboarding and content planning. Basic experience using a DSLR for photography and video shooting. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging content trends. Basic experience with photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus. Strong command of English and other languages are a plus. Creative, organised, and able to think visually to plan engaging content.
