Japanese company in Malaysia Retail Outlet Store Manager Office: Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Pelabuhan Klang Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000 Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time WORKING HOURS: A. 9:00 - 18:30 B. 13:00 - 22:30 * Working irregular shifts (2 shifts) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: A.Store Management ・Ensure the inventory are sufficient. ・Dealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process. ・Ensure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard. ・Responsible to secure customers’ personnel B. Manpower / Staff Management: ・Responsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation. ・Planning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting. ・Encourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place. C.Cash Management ・Managing the cash flow of the retail stores. ・Reporting the sales amount to the respective PIC. QUALIFICATIONS: ・Proficiency in English ・Experience as a store Manager > 2 years is preferable for manager role ・Familiar with Multinational & Interested in Japanese culture is advantage ・Preferred candidate who has high working ethics and leadership ・Possess own transport and willing to be outstation for visiting other branches BENEFITS: ・Benefits and allowances are entitled and will be disclosed during interview REMARKS: After joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows: ① Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods ② Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions ③ Administer as an assistant manager ④ To manage as a manager
