BIM MEP Modeller

.Roles & Responsibilities •Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit for Mechanical and Electrical Works. •Lead and support BIM Modelers on 3D BIM Models for submissions. •Attend and lead the BIM Workshop for all NSCs/stakeholders. •Prepare 2D drawings from BIM Models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Project or the Clients’ Drafting Standards and Procedures. •Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from the project model for quantity take-off, logistics, asset information, etc. •Ensure that the drawing submission schedule is achieved. •Working towards deadlines set by the Project Manager •Responsible for the quality of production. •Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings. Clash Report, RFIs, etc. •Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory. •Work under the supervision of the Project Manager and perform the work task assigned. •Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works. Experience/Skills •Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines. •Preferably with a minimum 2 years of working experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting. •Familiar with operation and have good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc. •Good planning skills in managing modeling and drafting works. •Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required. •Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. •Able to travel Overseas.
