Field Service Engineer

Purpose of the job To do pump servicing, alignment and commissioning at site if required and assist workshop on overhaul and repair rotating equipment when necessary. Main tasks and responsibilities • Lead and inspire an on-site team, ensuring a comprehensive focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental standards for yourself and your team. • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers at their sites or locations, managing all customer interactions with professionalism and expertise. • Conduct fault-finding activities on a diverse range of rotating machinery, showcasing your technical prowess and problem-solving skills. • Execute the dismantling, inspection, and rebuilding of machinery in adherence to pre-established Undertake equipment removal, installations, and commissioning activities, contributing to seamless project execution. • work scopes. • Uphold the highest standards of on-site work quality, guaranteeing excellence in every aspect of our service delivery. • Prepare technical report after site execution. • Conduct alignment checks using either DTIs or Laser alignment equipment. • Assist workshop workload on pump overhaul and repair when no site requirement.
