A) Monthly Progress Claim (to Client) 1. Monthly evaluation and verification of current work done progress at site. 2. Preparation and submission of monthly progress claims including variation order claims to client. 3. Site measurement and taking-off for variation order assessment and prepare for submission. 4. Preparation and submission of variation order quotation to client and follow-up to get approval/confirmation on price/rates. 5. Dealing with client for progress claims assessment and certification until Variation Order claims. B) Sub-Contractors 1. Procurement & Award of Sub-Contracts & Work Order - Sourcing for sub-contractor quotation and prepare price comparison for selection of sub-contractor. - Preparation of sub-contractor evaluation and recommendation report to management for award. - Preparation of letter of award/sub-contractors c/w bills of quantity and all relevant documents and work orders. 2. Monthly evaluation and verification of current work done progress at site. 3. Preparation of monthly sub-contractor certificate. 4. Evaluation/verification of sub-contractor variation order quotation and preparation of sub-contractor variation order award upon management approval. 5. Preparation of sub-contractor final account. 6. Liaison with sub-contractor. C) Monitoring & Reports 1. Monthly reporting of submission of main claims, certificates outstanding certification and payment to-date status. 2. Monthly monitoring and tracking of financial and actual work progress with respect to the project planned schedule. 3. Preparation of project cash flow forecast and monthly tracking/monitoring of actual vs. forecast. 4. Monitoring and tracking of project budget and monthly reporting to management on status of committed cost vs. budget. D) Project Planning 1. Planning of M&E/construction work programme for all projects in liaison with respective Project Manager/PIC. 2. To monitor and track on the actual site work done progress vs. planned work programme. 3. Preparation of format ā€œSā€ curve for submission to client of Monthly tracking/monitoring of actual work done finalise vs. planned. 4. To report every month on the status of work done vs. planned schedule. E) Any other duties/tasks assigned from time to time.
