ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO of a growing EdTech startup in Malaysia. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring smooth business operations while managing personal tasks effectively. This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote work and on-site availability when required. If you are resourceful, adaptable, and able to handle business and personal matters with discretion, we’d love to hear from you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business & Administrative Support • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, emails, and communications. • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing tasks and filtering inquiries. • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation. • Handle confidential business matters with professionalism. • Assist in business travel planning, bookings, and logistics. • Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring action items are followed up. • Conduct business research to support strategic decision-making. • Communicate with executives and industry partners on behalf of the CEO. Personal & Lifestyle Management • Coordinate family schedules, including school pickups and appointments. • Run personal errands such as grocery shopping and household management. • Plan and organize social gatherings and small events. • Ensure a well-balanced, stress-free routine for the CEO. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication abilities (Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus). • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy—able to handle sensitive information. • Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite, scheduling tools, and business software. • Independent and proactive—able to anticipate needs and act accordingly. • Valid driver’s license (preferred)—ability to assist with transport when needed.
