This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the moulds meet quality standards for production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mould Maintenance & Repair Inspect, clean, and maintain moulds to ensure proper functioning. Repair and modify moulds as needed to meet production requirements.Ensure moulds are stored correctly and handled safely. 2. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in machines.Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime. 3. Quality & Efficiency Control Monitor mould performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure moulds are in optimal condition to produce high-quality products. Assist in implementing new mould designs and modifications. 4. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling machinery and moulds.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and repair work. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams. Report any maintenance issues or required upgrades to management. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
