1. Draft, prepare and review agreements, contracts, and other related legal documents 2. Provide support and advise the group on the latest regulatory requirements and compliance matters 3. Advice the group on litigation-related matters 4. Provide support and advice to the groups on legal-related matters 5. To attend to all secretarial duties and manage confidential documents of the legal departmen 6. To coordinate and schedule with internal departments and/or external parties for meetings 7. Liaise with relevant inter-departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action will be and/or have been taken 8. Liaise with external lawyers on any legal matters 9. Conduct necessary legal research on any legal issues and legal updates from time to time 10.
