  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER Responsibilities:  Supervise independently a team of Engineers, Sr. Designers/Designers & Draftsmen within discipline;  Ensure effective communications and co-ordinations between all supervised staff, Lead Engineers of other discipline and Project Managers, to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resources;  Implement and maintain productivity targets for supervised staff, including monitoring of overtime and budgeted man hours;  Conduct routine meetings with supervised staff to monitor the projects' performance and assess their performance;  Prepare an estimate of required man hours along with supporting documentation for both proposals and major change orders, prior to issuance;  Develop the department's capability and enhance the technical expertise of staff to suit the present marketplace, through proper training & development, selective recruitment, evaluation of staff and continuous monitoring & assessment of staff. Requirement:  Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.  Minimum 5 years of experience in professional civil & structural engineering, involving design, planning, checking, general management and supervisory responsibility.  Experience with at least 3 years supervising and guiding a team of engineers, designers’ and drafters.  Experience in reviewing Key Deliverables prepared by Civil & Structural team or produced by other work-share offices.  Has clearly demonstrated strong engineering competence, interpersonal / team building skills & leadership skills.  Thorough knowledge of industry practices, codes and standards applicable to civil & structural engineering.  Hands on experience in industry software, such as STAAD Pro etc.  Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Modelling Tools will be an advantage.  Should have excellent communication skills essential for Client, Interdisciplinary, and coordination with other work-share offices.  Experience in construction line related to authority submissions and review of drawings and related documentation with registered Professional Engineering (IR) Certification will be an added advantage.
