Support the immediate superior in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Company assigned to him/her Prepare the consolidated account for the group and checking the monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports prepared by the person in charged for the accounts Review and verify the work performed by the Person in Charged (PIC) including management account, journals, debit note, credit notes, payment vouchers Assist in preparing the performance and variance analysis report including the slide presentation related to it Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets and financial forecast of the companies Work closely with operation teams to facilitate the monitoring of project progress, collections and budgetary cost Coordinate with bank and financial institutions for funding requirements Assist in year-end financial audit including reviewing the audit schedules and liaising with external auditors Assist in reviewing the Sales & Service Tax (SST) documentations, E-invoicing and tax computation including its related tax returns prepared by the staff to the authorities in a timely manner Assist in liaising with tax agent and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements Gather and analyze the financial data provided by staff to support any decision-making process to be made by the management
