We are a new digital technology company seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our leadership team. The CSO will be responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives to drive the company's growth and market expansion, particularly within the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in innovative ICT solutions by system integration especially in BFSI, CyberSecurity, Telco & Edutech solutions using OID technology and a proven track record of strategic planning, business development, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of corporate technical strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals in Middle East. • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions. • Drive business development initiatives, focusing on expanding the company’s presence in international market especially the Middle East market. • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market positioning and drive innovation. • Oversee the integration of new technologies and business models to maintain competitive advantage. • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic guidance and insights on market risks and opportunities. • Manage the strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives effectively. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Chief Strategy Officer with skills or similar strategic leadership role in the system integration industry. • Have extensive experience in innovative ICT solutions by system integration especially in BFSI, CyberSecurity, Telco and Edutech solutions using OID technology. • Extensive experience in the Middle East market especially markets like UAE, Turkiye and Oman, with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics. • Strong background in technology, strategic planning, business development, and market expansion. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive growth and profitability. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
