Key Responsibilities "• 1. Involve in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions. • 2. Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. • 3. Reviewing and improving any existing dashboard and collaborating with teams to obtain the data. • 4. Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues. • 5. Collaborate with other team members to understand the data to ensure accuracy of reports generated. • 6. Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. • 7. Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. • 8. Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. • 9. Attend and contribute to project weekly meeting and daily defect meeting (if any)." Job Specification "• Technical/ Functional skills • Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools. • A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization. • A basic knowledge in Python and Powershell script. • Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture. • Have a broad understanding in the overall banking landscape • Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics. • Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications. • Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook. • Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiar with Project Management Life Cycle and Tools, Different SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) • Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under pressure • Ability to communicate and write effectively • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties. • Ability to plan and prioritise work/projects in the team • Ability to work independently and in team • Willingness to learn and take up new challenges"
