Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Preferably Malaysia) | Reports to Regional Office in Taiwan Industry: Fintech Salary: MYR 5,000 per month Employment Type: Consultancy Basis About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team on a consultancy basis. This role is responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other key verticals within our fintech company. You will work remotely from your home country, with a preference for candidates based in Malaysia, while reporting to our regional office in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s hiring needs. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the regional HR team to understand job requirements and recruitment goals. • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to reach the best candidates. • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure cultural and skills fit. • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring success against set targets. Requirements • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must. • Basic understanding of the fintech industry and its key trends. • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role. • Proven experience in hiring for diverse roles, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team. • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based role.
