During your intern, you may learn - Forming and maintaining employee records - Update databases internally, such as annual, sick and maternity leave - Monthly update employee attendance - Communicating with internally employee - Support the HR in research and analysis tasks - Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information ie annual and sick days taken - Assist in administrative tasks - Assist in general HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and off boarding arrangement, claims checking, employee compensation and benefits management, etc. - To assist in other ad hoc requests when required from time to time.
