Overseeing all company secretarial matters, including - preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions - preparation and submission of statutory forms to SSM - to monitor the due date, prepare and send annual return to the clients as well as filing of annual return and audited financial statement via MBRS - to carry out all others aspects of company secretarial function - to attend to clients’ requests, liaise with clients, government agencies, tax agents and auditors Requirements:- – Candidates with 1-2 years related experience will be preferred – Those with full / part ICSA qualification will be given preference. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Those with extensive experience but without the necessary qualification are also encouraged to apply – Hardworking, good work attitude, willing to work overtime, independent, able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure. - Able to start work immediately
