Job Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process domestically and internationally. Oversee and ensure payroll processing is done in an accurate and timely manner. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Prepare overhead budget and manpower planning. To implement HR records, attendance records, leave administration, disciplinary issues, staff welfare etc. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Other ad-hoc requirements as may be determined by the Company from time to time. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (Fluent written and verbal) At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintaining confidentiality. Good knowledge in Employment Acts and other relevant statutory
