JOB RESPONSIBILITY:- • To attend secretarial and personal administrative duties in a confidential manner. • To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on the Company and the Director's personal matters. • To draft letters, emails and sometimes minutes meeting • Screen through emails and attend to phone calls before reaching the Director. • Managing the Director's calendar • Assist the Director in arranging appointments and coordinate chamber activities. • Responsible for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director from time to time ie coordinating travel plans • Support general office administration matters. REQUIREMENTS :- • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degrees in Secretarial, Business Administration with passion for secretarial work are encouraged to apply. • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience. • Time management, document organization & filing and coordination skill. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • Good communication skills in both oral and written in English. • Well-versed in Microsoft Office ie. Word/Excel/Powerpoint. • Candidate is able to work in Puchong & Cyberjaya
