Job Description Title : Business Systems Analyst Summary Description 1. Provides Oracle Support to users at Asia locations. 2. Supports Process Improvements and System Enhancements. Specific Duties And Responsibilities 1. Work with Regional Users in troubleshooting and resolving the Oracle issues, for assigned Oracle EBS modules. 2. Escalate the issues that cannot be resolved to Global Business Systems Director 3. Work with users in identifying and executing Supply Chain process improvements & enhancements in Oracle at Asia locations. 4. Develop functional design documents and test plans, work with technical team for enhancement requests, and users to perform UAT testing. 5. Work on the system projects prioritized by the Management as needed 6. Provide timely updates on projects, and other works related updates. 7. Participate in implementation, testing and training of Oracle version upgrades. Position Requirement 1. Knowledge of Supply chain business process is a must. 2. Experience in support of Supply Chain systems 3. Experience implementing SCM (preferred) or other solutions- including cross platform, standalone applications and Oracle or 4. Experience working with business users, consultants, and 3rd party vendors to manage and deliver SCM solution implementations. 5. Experience in full software development lifecycle including -milestone tracking, budget preparation, budget tracking, and meeting commitments. 6. Knowledge of core SCM functionality. 7. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
