Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits. • Monitor warehouse layout and organization for optimal space utilization. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. • Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols. • Assign tasks and monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. • Manage work schedules and attendance to ensure adequate staffing. • Enforce health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. • Conduct safety inspections and ensure employees wear personal protective equipment (PPE). • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. • Oversee proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss. • Ensure all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is maintained and in good working condition. • Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse organization. • Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and productivity metrics. • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth operations. • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warehouse operations.
