Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Coordinator

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows: Responsible to key in sales order entry/recording. Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of customer’s order. Responsible to liase with Product Development Department on development & fitting samples. Responsible for raw materials & packaging planning and purchase. Responsible for follow up with suppliers the materials orders status including samples yardages, lab-dips, shipment samples & shipment arrangement. Responsible to liase with suppliers to ensure the shortages is being replaced, or negotiation has carried out for settlement, when required. Responsible to liase with Production Department to ensure production is on schedule. Responsible to liase with overseas plants to ensure production is on schedule. Responsible to liase with Packing Department & Shipping Department for shipment arrangement. To follow up on samples in sample room. To follow up and communicate on orders/samples progress with customers. To report to superiors on own sales performances. To check samples on quality and workmanship prior to mailing to buyers or agents. To attached sample to be mailed with proper documents such as covering letter, custom invoice and airway bill. To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
