Join our dynamic team for one of the top ASEAN Google Partners as an Inside Sales Specialist – Lead Generator. In this role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in our outbound sales efforts by qualifying potential leads to be shared with our field sales team; driving growth and success for Google’s products and services.

Your roles include:

  • Communicating with customers via outbound calls and consistent follow ups to quality potential leads
  • Understanding potential customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and resolve potential conflicts in a timely manner
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and new potential customers
  • Sourcing leads from diverse channels including online and offline platforms, referrals, personal contacts, and affiliations to generate new business leads
  • Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with the team’s objective
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase tailored product and solutions to these potential customers and obtain an appointment – having a general understanding of cloud and data technology is a plus point.

Our requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens only with a Degree or Diploma holders from recognized university in any field.
  • Proven experience in an outbound sales or call centre role, preferably in the IT industry or at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing in any field
  • Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in utilizing various business tools and software for lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
