Welder

 Perform welding tasks using methods such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding to join sheet metal components.  Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine weld types and requirements.  Ensure precise measurements and maintain quality control throughout the welding process.  Operate welding machinery and tools safely and efficiently.  Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of welding equipment to ensure proper functioning.  Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.  Adhere to company quality standards and specifications to produce consistent, high-quality welds.  Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to workplace safety procedures.  Perform self-inspections and assist in quality assurance processes to detect and correct defects.  Work collaboratively with production teams and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.  Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.  Maintain clear communication with team members regarding work progress and issues.
