Job Description Job Responsibilities: Service Management Lead and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement service strategies and plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise service processes to ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and feedback, taking appropriate measures to resolve issues. Team Development Train and develop service team members to enhance their professional skills. Recruit, evaluate, and motivate employees to maintain team stability and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Analyze service data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary measures. Introduce and promote new technologies and tools to enhance service efficiency and quality. Budget Management Develop and manage the service department’s budget to ensure resource allocation is reasonable. Control costs and optimize service operations for greater efficiency. Coordination and Collaboration Maintain close cooperation with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to improve the overall customer experience. Represent the company in industry conferences and events to build professional networks. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field. Over five years of service management experience, preferably in the construction machinery/heavy equipment industry. Experience working in multinational companies is preferred. Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international assignments.
