Responsibilities (What you will do): - Record and update inventory levels accurately in the system. - Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy. - Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock, ensuring all items meet company standards. - Track and document stock movement, including transfers, usage, and discrepancies. - Generate inventory reports and assist in stock reconciliation. - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and other departments for stock replenishment. - Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. - Identify and report any inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies. - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area. - Adhere to company policies and safety regulations in handling inventory. Requirements (What we need): - Minimum [SPM/Diploma/Degree] in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. - Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or stock control is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
