Merchant Sales Officer or Executive (MSO or MSE) will be responsible to identify, build relationships or partnerships with retailers and ultimately sign them up onto the Ampersand Pay Sdn. Bhd. (APSB) merchant platform. The MOS will be reporting to the APSB, Merchant Sales Manager. The day-to-day activities: • To sales officer or executive roles is to achieve monthly sales targets of SME merchant signups for offline and online merchants, as per company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI). To undertake tasks and Key Focus Segments assigned by Management in relation to growing sales leads and product development; • To accept assigned in-bound leads (emails, phone, referrals) and attend to them promptly, follow through and sign them up as merchants or customers for the company; • To collect all payments charges (setup fees, maintenance fees, terminal rental fees and any other charges) not more than 60 days upon invoice date; • To be able to cordially work with other team members and company stakeholders; • To communicate or manage disputes of customers assign by Manager; • Work closely with the Merchant Sales Manager to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives; • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation along with competitor activity as part of feedback and learning; and • Hustle, have fun, and get creative.
