  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1)Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc. 2)Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and to recommend contractor's valuations. 3)Accountable for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts. 4)Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS. 5)Monitor on amendments to the scope of works and conditions of contract, variation order and apply extension of time if necessary. 6)Acquire quotation from contractor and suppliers for purpose of cost assessment, analysis or budgeting. 7)Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers and sub-contractors. 8)Co-ordinate with finance department on payment related matters, monitoring monthly projection of cash flow, physical report for on-going project. 9)Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary. Prepare/verify payment certificates and finalize final account of projects
